White Hat offers you simple, up-front pricing for the services we offer. Unlike most of our competitors, who will "round up" to the nearest hour, White Hat bills our clients in 6 minute increments. So if we work for two hours and 35 minutes, you are only billed for 2.6 hours, not three hours. We don't think that it's fair to charge you for time we didn't work. And, we offer flat rate pricing for all of the services we provide. We will always give you an honest, good-faith estimate of the time it will take to complete your IT project.
